Evaluating Health-promoting Lifestyle Profile among Menopausal Women: A Meta-analysis

Background: Menopause is one of the most drastic experiences in a woman's life because spectrum vasomotor symptoms which affect quality and lifestyle. Although many treatments for these are available, they can be used only short duration. The nonpharmacologic therapies associated with healthy lifestyle behaviors increasing. Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile- II (HPLP-II), self-report questionnaire designed to assess an individual's engagement health-promoting behaviors, has focused on six dimensions behavioral health promotion. This study aimed review degree modification menopausal women based HPLP-II. Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted articles using HPLP-II after literature as identified instrument women's lifestyle, followed by meta-analysis. Results: Among 8525 unique titles, 13 studies 2648 participants were included. Quality assessment “good” them. summary effect participant age 55.78 years 49.1 age. Analysis pooled yielded mean HPLP total score 127.69. There no evidence publication bias. Conclusion: Our meta-analysis showed moderately rated profile women. spiritual growth subscale received highest score, whereas physical activity lowest at lower limit moderate range. Health policymakers, patients, healthcare providers use results improve lifestyles
